Information on Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
- on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more items in a single order and they were delivered together;
- on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple items in one order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by email: SUPPORT@YOUR SHOP.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 30 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until:
- we have received the returned goods, or
- you have provided proof that you have returned the goods,
whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
- for goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- for alcoholic beverages where the price was agreed at the time of purchase but delivery can only take place after 30 days and depends on market fluctuations;
- for the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (except subscriptions).
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts:
- for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
- for goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
- for sealed audio/video recordings or software if the seal has been broken.
